About

Join us for our weekly free meditations, yoga sessions, and meetings to learn powerful breathing techniques, and other activities focused on increasing our general wellbeing.
We are also going to have the SKY Happiness Retreat a couple of times this semester, which is our main program. These are going to be done with other universities as well, so it's a great way to connect with students from other places. This Retreat (for now is an online program only) is a 3-day powerful program that is being conducted in several universities already.
