First in Business

First in Business is a student-led organization dedicated to empowering first-generation and low-income (FGLI) students to explore, pursue, and thrive in business careers. Our mission is to demystify the business world, close access gaps, and build a supportive community where members can gain the confidence, skills, and networks they need to succeed. Through professional development workshops, speaker events, mentorship, and hands-on experiences, we aim to ensure that being “first” is not a limitation, but a powerful foundation for leadership and impact in business.
