There are many pathways to becoming a plastic surgeon in the United States. Students from Vanderbilt have matched in integrated (6-7 year) residencies through ERAS. In this meeting, fourth-years will discuss their decision making process and strategies for getting into PRS. In addition, we will talk about research opportunities, gap years, and away rotations to apply to. We will also discuss events planned for the summer for those interested.
