Description

Join the Center for Student Wellbeing for a 30-minute meditation practice. Meditations may be silent or guided, led by a member of the Center for Student Wellbeing. With practice, meditation helps to quiet the mind, build resiliency, reduce stress, and enhance attention - all of which contribute to better learning.  Meditation sessions are open to undergraduate, graduate, and professional students as well as faculty and staff.

THIS MEDITATION IS OFFERED AT THE SAME TIME VIA ZOOM AND IN-PERSON - both rooms will close at 1:15 to allow participants to focus.
